This is where everyone begins.  No fitness required to get started.  This class is designed to take the average out-of-shape person and get them in good shape.  The main goals for this class are to improve Mobility (Range of Motion), Stability (Core Training) and Cardiovascular Endurance.  You will also get other benefits, but these are the main focus. 

Fitness Untamed Training Classes

Monday/Wednesday/Friday

5am, 6:15am, 8:30am, 12pm, 3:30pm, 4:30pm

Tuesday/Thursday

5am, 8:30am, 12pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm

Saturday’s at 10am

Our goal is to improve your Mobility, Stability and Cardiovascular endurance, but we're going to focus more on getting you stronger.  When you get stronger you will be able to do more work in less time, which is the key to fitness.  As you build strength you are able to do more and more, and your workouts will become even more effective.  

Don't confuse strength with bulk.  Training for muscle size is different than training for strength.  Plus, we're not talking about turning you into a competitive powerlifter or anything, just making you stronger than you are now.

Competition Class

Saturdays at 8am (90mins)

For those looking to get into functional fitness competitions.  Now that you have great mobility, stability, endurance and strength, you can put it all together and show off your prowess on the functional fitness competition scene.  We know this isn't for most people, but for those looking for a competitive outlet, it's great way to become/remain athletic and it's a ton of fun!
